School visits

we run school visits on certain days, depending on the time of year and availability of staff. School visits are available on the following days:

Monday: Springfield site

Tuesday: Allens Gardens (small groups, and in the morning only)

Wednesday: Allens Gardens and Springfield (small groups only) seedling

Thursday: Allens Gardens and Springfield

Friday: Allens Gardens.

A one hour school visit includes:

a tour of the site
two activities (one of them is a planting activity)
resource materials to take away

As we do not receive any external funding for our educational work we have to charge a fee of £30 for up to 15 children and £60 for between 16 and 30 children.

Please email us if you would like to arrange a visit. Please let us know the year group you would like to bring, the number of children and some suggested dates.
