Rhubarb or Banana Flapjacks

Ingredients

  • Twice quantity oats to melted syrup, sugar and butter.
  • Rhubarb puree, banana chunks, orange zest and vanilla.

Method

Mix the sugar and butter into the oats.

Then stir in thick sweetened rhubarb puree, banana chunks, orange zest and vanilla.

Cook at 190C til browned.

The mixture will solidify on cooling.
