Ingredients
- 50ml of vodka
- Sugar syrup (Stir 500g sugar into 250ml water and bring to boil, stirring constantly. Cool and refrigerate.)
- One fresh kiwifruit
Method
Peel and slice the kiwifruit, put the slices in the shaker and crush into a pulp. Add seven ice cubes, the vodka and sugar syrup to taste and give it a good shake. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a slice of kiwifruit.
