Ximena and Shelagh have been busy on the Dagenham Farm for the past few weeks propagating seedlings - some of which they'll be growing on at the farm and some of which will be for sale at our plant sale in Springfield Park on Sunday 5 May.

As well as a host of seedlings for your veg patch - including tomatoes and peppers, salad and more - we'll also have flowers this year, which are Shelagh's speciality. And this year for the first time, there'll be herb plants to buy, grown by herb expert Nat Mady at Hackney Herbal.

Feel free to take a tour of the organic market garden where we grow our award-winning Hackney Salad - and where we train new organic growers every year. You'll also be able to pick up organic growing tips from our experts.

The event is located just outside our market garden in Springfield Park. If you go to the Springfield Park Cafe (at the White Lodge) and follow the path that runs downhill between the cafe and the outside eating area then you will find us about 100 yards down the path on the right.
