Celeriac Chips

This is a great alternative to potato chips


1 whole head celeriac

salt 2 Tbsp. oil

pinch of cayenne

pepper powder



Heat the oven to 230 degrees C. Cut the celeriac into thick chips - about the tickness of a thumb. Toss with the oil, a sprinkle of salt and cayenne pepper and spread out on a baking sheet. Bake for about 35-45 minutes, turning over half way through, until browned and crispy.
