This is a simple salsa – drizzle over salads, boiled new potatoes, roasted vegetables or grilled fish.
Ingredients
4 tbsp olive oil
small bunch sorrel leaves, finely chopped
small bunch parsley, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
1/2 lemon – finely grated zest and juice
salt
Method
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, add a good pinch of salt, and stir to combine.
