Honey-glazed radishes

Serve these sticky-sweet radishes with a crunchy seed topping as a jazzy side-dish

Method

Put a medium saucepan on high heat. Add all the ingredients. Bring to a rapid simmer so your butter and honey is bubbling.  Give it a stir so the radishes are completely coated. Cook on a medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, until the radishes are tender and the liquid has reduced to a syrupy glaze.

Serve with a handful of toasted seeds scattered on top.
