Wild garlic hummus

400g tin of chickpeas, drained and rinsed (or cook your own if you have the time and foresight)

juice of half a lemon

4 tbs olive oil

2 tbs tahini

Salt and pepper to taste

Bunch of fresh wild garlic, roughly chopped


Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth - or however you like it.
