The propagating tables in the polytunnels in Hackney and the glasshouses at Dagenham Farm are brimming with trays of seedlings thanks to Sophie and Alice's hard work and green fingers.

And you'll be able to buy them to grow on for yourself as the great Growing Communities plant sale returns to Springfield Park on Sunday 10 May.
