Want to know what goes on in the market garden in the middle of Clissold Park?
Are you always busy on Tuesdays so can't make it along to the site when we're open for visitors and volunteers?
Well, here's your chance to take in the sights and sounds of an organic market garden and learn how to tend crops without the use of toxic pesticides.

We're opening the gates of our market garden in Clissold Park for another free summer evening gathering on Wednesday 9 September and an open afternoon on Sunday 20 September.
Let head grower Sophie show you round the garden. Find out how she and her team of trainees and volunteers grow Hackney Salad and other herbs and vegetables for GC's veg box scheme. Enjoy a drink and a snack and meet your neighbours. Families welcome – there will be kids' activities to join in with too.
When: Wednesday 9 September, 5.30pm–8pm, Sunday 20 September, 12pm–4pm.
Where: GC's organic market garden, Clissold Park, N16, beside the bird enclosure and opposite the old paddling pool.
