Danny Fisher played a key role in planning, designing and launching our London organic wholesaler while working at Organiclea, a growing coop and veg scheme in the Lea valley.
Mathew worked as a butcher working with small farmers across the UK before making the switch to working with fruit and vegetable growers.

Rachel’s background is in the public and voluntary sector. Originally our office manager, she left to do an MA in Creative Writing, but we lured her back.
Nicki has worked for GC in many guises - at the market, on the veg scheme and running the start-up programme, which was the precursor to the BFT project.
