After seven years as Great Ormond Street Hospital's senior press officer she retrained in sustainable food with an MSc in Food Policy at City Uni. Cheese souffle makes her cry (with happiness). She came to GC on after a year of internships at OrganicLea and Forum for the Future. Jo’s now responsible for all aspects of making sure the fruit and veg gets to our members every week.
