Fennel raita

Ingredients

6 tbs plain yoghurt

½ fennel, including fronds, grated or finely chopped

Handful mint (or coriander depending on what you have), chopped

2 teaspoons tamarind paste (or ½ green chilli if easier)

Sea salt and black pepper

 

Method

Mix the ingredients together and serve chilled.
