Great as an accompaniment with a main meal but also fab with pasta or bread. By the way, it tastes much (much) better than it looks in this picture!
2 chillies
300g ripe tomatoes
2 red peppers
100ml olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
50g hazelnuts, toasted
1 tbs red wine vinegar
½ tsp sweet smoked paprika
Roast the peppers and tomatoes at 200C for 30 mins.
Whizz the veg with the chilli, garlic and other ingredients in a food processor, then season to taste.
