There's a lot that goes into growing the organic salad for the veg scheme. We were so lucky to have two interns, Warami and Larissa, from the Feedback Ecotalent programme come work with us on our Hackney growing sites this season. Warami created this video during her time with us, documenting the whole process from seed to salad bag.
